Discover Mack's Finest Gelato: The science and art of yummy
Our Story
A Park City resident, Mack Tilling has been in the food industry since opening microbreweries in the late 80s. Over the past 18 years, Mack has been studying the science and developing the art of making the Finest gelato, working with gelato "Maestros" across Italy and Europe.
He constantly develops unique recipes, testing them with friends and throughout the community, collaborating with local chefs and, his favorite, serving the crowd at the monthly Park City Dog Park socials.
